Delivery Polices:
- All orders are subject to product availability. If any item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order.
- Items offered on our website are available for delivery to addresses in Pan India. We also accept orders from international customers and rates may varies.
- An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
- Same day deliveries are only available in Hyderabad as of now.
- Items offered for same day deliveries are Cakes, Dry Fruits, Bouquet’s and Party Items.
- Items offered for international shipping are Sarees, Pickles, Telangana Pindi Vantalu, Digital Art (Email) and Pencil Lead Art.
- Rates for international shipping are USA – 800/KG, Canada – 850/KG, Australia – 1000/KG, Newzeland – 1200/KG, UK – 700/KG, Scotland/Belfast – 760/KG, Europe – 800/KG, Singapore – 650/KG, UAE(Dubai) – 550/KG and Bahrain/Qatar/Kuwait/Oman/Saudi Arabia – 950/ KG.
- When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Check with our staff for the air Waybill number and estimated delivery times for your region.
Damage / Defective:
If any product received by you is damaged/defective, you can let us know the same. You can call us at 9160002199 / 9885588035 (08:00 am-8:00 pm, 7 days a week) or send us an e-mail with the photographs of the same at thegiftvibe@gmail.com, within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will either deliver you the new product or refund the amount to you. Subject to the Terms and Conditions, once the refund is initiated by The Gift Vibe, it takes 7-10 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account.
